 Please then allow up to 1-7 working days (UK standard) and up to 20 working days (international). You can find the delivery estimate for your country below for international deliveries.

We offer the following options for delivery in the UK:

-Standard shipping cost of £2.99, or FREE when you spend £40+! Sent with Royal Mail 24 (only scanned upon delivery as proof of delivery). Estimated shipping time 1-7 working days once dispatched by us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

There may be duties/custom taxes applied to your order by your local government. We are not responsible for any additional charges applied.

Custom clearance may delay the shipping process, this is totally out of our control so please take this into consideration when ordering with IslaNoelle. We ask customers to allow up to 28 working days for your order to arrive before emailing asking the location of your parcel as on some occasions orders have taken this long to arrive. 

 Canadian customers please take into consideration that Canadian orders take longer to arrive, this is totally out of our hands and to do with the strict custom clearance. Also tracked service does not update once handed over to Canada Post, it will update again once delivered.

After packages are shipped it is handled by Royal Mail and your local courier service, where estimated times above can be delayed, this is totally out of our control and we will not be held liable for delayed parcels. 

Please double check your shipping address is correct before completing your order. IslaNoelle will not be held liable and will not resend/refund an order due to a customer entering the incorrect address.

In the rare instance your order has not arrived, you have 45 days to let us know that your order has not arrived, please email customerservice Islanoelleshop@gmail.com with your order number and delivery address so we can help you with your missing order quickly & efficiently.
